Weekend Bell & Branch Welding- Group

Duration: Saturday & Sunday — 16 hours total
(8 AM – 4 PM each day, with 1-hour lunch break)

💥 Course Overview:
This two-day, hands-on intensive is built for serious welders who want to sharpen their rig-level skills. You’ll train side by side with the Weld Professor in a small group setting, focusing on two of the most critical techniques in pipeline welding: bell hole and branch connection welding. Expect to work hard, get dirty, and walk away with advanced, field-ready skills — and real confidence!

🧠 What You’ll Learn:
Bell hole prep, layout, fit-up, and welding
Branch connection layout, tacking, and welding sequence
Safety and industrial terms
Heat control, distortion management, and weld integrity
Tips for passing certification tests and onsite inspections

All pipe, rods, grinders, discs, wire wheels
Access to engine drive welders and all equipment
Loaner welding hood available if needed (bring your own if you have one)
Small class size (3–5 students max) for maximum torch time and feedback
Two full days of expert-led training

No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the start date
Certification prep is included, but the certification exam is separate and requires an LLC, insurance, and ~$3,000 in testing fees
Students must bring fire-resistant clothing, steel-toe boots, gloves, and a hood (loaners available by request)
All students must sign a safety/liability waiver before starting

This one-on-one, full-week masterclass is built for experienced welders who are ready to sharpen their rig-level skills in a completely private setting. You’ll train directly with the Weld Professor, focusing on real-world techniques for bell hole welding, branch connections, advanced pipe positions, and certification-level prep. This session is tailored to your goals — whether you’re preparing for a test, moving into a pipeline job, or mastering specific welds.

🧠 What You’ll Learn:
Bell hole fit-up, layout, and vertical/overhead welding
Branch layout, tacking, weld sequencing, and structural integrity
5G and 6G pipe welding practice
Heat control, distortion management, and weld troubleshooting
Detailed cert prep: what inspectors look for and how to pass
Daily skill coaching and performance feedback
